Garlic & Tomato Spaghetti
Today, I thought I’d share one of my favorite pasta dishes. Growing up in an Italian family, my cooking always tends to be skewed towards Italian dishes. Personally, I love my pasta dishes to be light and delicious yet filling, and this one is amazing at accomplishing all of these wants.
Sometimes I’ll make variations of this simple recipe. For example, if multi-colored tomatoes are in season, I’ll use those. Sometimes I’ll also throw in some buffalo mozzarella. The ingredients are pretty straightforward but what really takes this dish to another level is the freshness of the ingredients. I also find that a good coarse sea salt and high quality olive oil makes a big difference. Enjoy and Ciao!
